Surveyor to Director Level Opportunities UK Wide
CBRE is seeking talented professionals to join our market-leading Capital Allowances team during an exciting period of growth. As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we are aiming to grow the business, creating opportunities across multiple levels and locations throughout the UK.
Working within our Project Management & Building Consultancy business, you'll advise a diverse client base on capital allowances throughout the property lifecycle, from development and construction through to acquisition and disposal. Our team combines expertise across Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Tax and Finance to deliver innovative, commercially focused solutions.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and review Capital Allowances claims and technical reports
- Analyse construction costs, fixed assets and property expenditure
- Provide tax-efficient advice on real estate transactions and developments
- Support due diligence on acquisitions and disposals
- Deliver technical advisory services for a broad range of clients
- Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Lead projects and mentor colleagues, depending on experience level

About You
We're interested in hearing from professionals with experience in Capital Allowances, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Tax, Finance, Cost Consultancy or related disciplines.
You'll be analytical, commercially minded, an effective communicator and motivated to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Senior-level candidates may also bring experience in project leadership, business development and team management.
