Capital Introducer – UHNWI & Institutional Investors

Compensation: 100% COMMISSION-ONLY (No base salary)
The Opportunity
L&B Investment Firm is seeking a highly connected Capital Introducer to raise capital for our Data Center Fund, focused on premium assets in Spain and the United States.
Please note: This is strictly a performance-based, 100% commission-only role without a fixed salary.

Mandatory Requirement
You must bring a pre-existing, active book of investors (UHNWIs, Family Offices, or Institutional Investors) with a proven capacity of $400M+. We welcome capital from the UK, Spain, Japan, the GCC, or anywhere globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing network to pitch our Data Center investment opportunities.
- Drive the entire capital raising cycle: from initial introduction to securing final capital commitments.
- Work autonomously to build and maintain long-term investor relationships.

Who You Are
- Proven track record in capital raising, private banking, family offices, or fund management.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with deep knowledge of alternative investments.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are highly valued).
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely in a purely results-driven, commission-based environment.
