Brewer Morris is partnering with a leading financial services firm in London to hire a Capital & Liquidity Senior Analyst into their growing Finance function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing analyst with 2-3 years’ experience to step into a broad, high-impact role spanning regulatory reporting, financial risk, and capital & liquidity frameworks.

The Opportunity

You’ll sit within the Capital & Liquidity Management team, playing a key role in ensuring the firm meets its regulatory obligations under MIFIDPRU / OFAR, while developing deep expertise in ICARA, stress testing, and financial risk analysis.

This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders including the CFO, alongside real ownership of core processes and governance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver daily prudential reporting (LATR, OFTR, LME)
  • Prepare and review quarterly MIFIDPRU regulatory returns
  • Maintain and analyse capital & liquidity risk metrics
  • Support and contribute to the ICARA process, including drafting and modelling
  • Execute stress testing and scenario analysis, including reverse stress testing
  • Assist with MIFIDPRU disclosures and going concern assessments
  • Support ALCO reporting and governance packs with insightful commentary
  • Partner closely with Finance, Treasury, and Risk teams

About You

  • 2–3 years’ experience in Finance, Treasury, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting
  • Exposure to prudential regulation (ideally MIFIDPRU)
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills (SQL a plus)
  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or stress testing
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
