Capital Markets Associate - Elite US Law Firm – 1-3 PQE
Location: London
We are working with an elite US law firm in London that is looking to recruit a 1–3 PQE associate into its highly regarded Equity Capital Markets practice.
The practice has an outstanding reputation for sophisticated cross-border capital markets work and offers associates exposure to complex, high-value transactions for leading issuers, financial institutions and sponsors. The London team works closely with colleagues across the firm's international network, providing global deal experience.
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded and collaborative team with excellent partner access, significant responsibility and strong opportunities for progression.

The Role
The associate will advise on a broad range of UK and international capital markets matters, with work potentially including:
- Equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary offerings
- Debt capital markets and other securities offerings
- US securities law aspects of international transactions
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Advising issuers, underwriters and financial institutions
- Ongoing securities, disclosure and corporate governance matters
Candidate Profile
The team is interested in speaking with associates who:
- Are qualified in England & Wales or another relevant common-law jurisdiction
- Have strong capital markets experience gained at a leading UK, US or international firm
- Have an excellent academic and professional track record
- Are comfortable working on sophisticated cross-border transactions
- Demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial judgement and attention to detail
