We are looking for a Senior ETF Capital Markets Manager to act as a key subject matter expert for ETF Capital Markets, supporting the development, launch and ongoing management of our ETF platform.
You will provide oversight across primary and secondary markets, helping to drive strong market quality, liquidity and effective governance. Working collaboratively across Investments, Trading, Product, Operations and Distribution, you will provide expertise throughout the ETF product lifecycle while driving greater automation, scalability and continuous improvement across our Capital Markets processes.
About The Role
Act as RLAM’s central point of expertise for ETF market structure, liquidity, primary and secondary markets, and the wider authorised participant, market maker and exchange ecosystem.
- Own the oversight and governance of the outsourced ETF Capital Markets provider and primary market arrangements, ensuring effective service delivery, controls, reporting and escalation.
- Monitor and challenge ETF market quality across the range, including spreads, depth, execution quality, liquidity, and premium and discount behaviour relative to relevant peers.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with authorised participants, market makers, exchanges, trading desks and other key participants across the ETF ecosystem.
- Develop and oversee RLAM’s market making and liquidity strategy, ensuring effective contractual arrangements, quoting expectations and overall liquidity outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Investments and Trading to provide Capital Markets expertise throughout ETF product design and new launches, including market structure, basket strategy, tradability, seeding and launch readiness.
- Act as a senior escalation point for significant market issues while providing ETF Capital Markets insight and analysis to support Distribution, client engagement, governance, product development and wider business decision-making.

About You
- Relevant experience across ETF Capital Markets, institutional trading, portfolio management, ETF product development or related markets roles
- Strong understanding of the European ETF ecosystem, including UCITS ETFs, market structure and multi listing considerations
- Established relationships with authorised participants, market makers, brokers, exchanges and other key participants within the ETF ecosystem.
- Experience supporting ETF product design, implementation, launches and ongoing platform development
- Expertise overseeing third party providers and driving service quality and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data and complex ETF issues into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross functionally and represent RLAM effectively with clients, counterparties and industry participants
