We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Capital Projects Team on a 6-month secondment basis while we undertake a review of our capacity and future resource requirements.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team responsible for delivering one of the largest multi-million-pound capital investment programmes in England, supporting major construction, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects across our diverse estate.
Whether you are an experienced construction professional looking to take on strategic programme leadership, a project manager seeking exposure to complex healthcare developments, or an organised administrator wanting to contribute to high-profile projects, we would love to hear from you.
The Principal Function Of The Post is to provide programme management oversight of the projects' construction operations and infrastructure projects relating to the following Trust's properties:

The post holder will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of schemes listed on the capital programme as issued by the Head of Capital Projects, from conception to post-project evaluation, including the appointment and management of external consultants and contractors taking place in the above properties. These projects are focused on infrastructure replacement to the buildings.
