Fixed Term - 2 Years

We have an exciting opportunity for a Capital Programme Manager; this two-year fixed-term position is designed to provide high-level, dedicated expertise in managing and delivering major capital programmes. Funded by HM Government via the Public Building Infrastructure Fund settlement (£3.5m), the post-holder will oversee critical estate development and refurbishment works from 2026-28.
The successful candidate must be able to work flexibly, be highly organised and self-motivated with a proven ability to work to tight deadlines. They must be an effective and professional communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and build relationships at all levels across the organisation.
Hours
- Working 36 hours per week, 5 days per week
- The role could be hybrid with some attendance required in the office
