Capital Development Administrator

The Capital Development team plays a critical role in delivering the Trust’s capital investment programme, including new builds, refurbishments, and equipment replacement schemes across all sites. Working across a complex and high-value portfolio, the team ensures robust financial management, effective governance, and consistent programme oversight.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive administrator to support the Capital Development team. This role sits at the heart of the team’s day-to-day operations, providing essential administrative, financial, and programme management support to enable the successful delivery of capital projects.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement and Financial Administration
  • PMO and Programme Support
  • Meetings, Minute-taking, and Administration
  • Provide flexible administrative support across Property Services priorities as directed, ensuring duties remain commensurate with the grade and scope of the post.
  • Provide holiday cover for other administrative services, such as car parking administration; accommodation office; input and track of overtime and on-call for engineers on healthroster system; diary management and meeting co-ordination.
