Capital Projects Coordinator

We're looking for a Capital Projects Coordinator to join our Technical Services team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of capital projects across the Resort, helping to coordinate plans, track progress and keep projects moving from concept through to completion.

This is a role for someone who enjoys organisation, working with multiple stakeholders and making sure the details are managed effectively. You'll work closely with Project Managers, contractors and operational teams, helping to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

This is where you come in.

Reporting to the Senior Capital Projects Manager, you'll support the delivery of the Resort's capital programme by coordinating project plans, monitoring budgets and maintaining project documentation. You'll work with Project Managers and stakeholders across the business to prepare approval papers, support tender and contract processes, coordinate meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
