Company Description

Tarafi Capital Advisory is a global boutique M&A and capital advisory firm focused on private markets. The firm advises founders, operators, and corporates on sell-side exits ranging from $10M to $1B, buy-side acquisition sourcing, and institutional capital raises from pre-seed through growth equity. Engagements are carefully selected to ensure high-impact outcomes and are managed on a strictly confidential basis. Team members work closely with clients worldwide, providing tailored strategic and financial advisory services across the deal lifecycle.

Role Description

The Capital Raising Partner is a full-time, remote role responsible for originating, structuring, and executing institutional capital raises for clients across stages from pre-seed to growth equity. Day-to-day activities include:

The role involves:

  • Leading negotiations on terms
  • Managing timelines
  • Aligning stakeholders to ensure successful transaction outcomes

The Capital Raising Partner will collaborate with internal and external teams, contribute to overall deal strategy, and support business development initiatives to expand the firm’s capital provider network.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in capital raising, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related financial advisory roles.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling, including the ability to assess investor fit and transaction structures.
  • Proven capability in relationship management, including building and maintaining networks with institutional investors and strategic partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear investment narratives and support clients in investor meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and operate independently in a remote environment.
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive client engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
  • Global mindset and comfort working across time zones and cultures; prior experience in cross-border transactions is beneficial.
