About the Role
The Capital Sales Manager is responsible for developing the assigned territory, driving capital equipment sales and building long-term partnerships with hospitals, surgeons and key stakeholders. The role is responsible for driving business development, capital equipment sales, customer acquisition and sustainable market growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and develop new hospital accounts, surgeons, KOLs and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital management, procurement teams and clinical stakeholders.
- Manage the complete capital equipment sales cycle, including customer development, product demonstrations, quotations, tenders, commercial negotiations, contract execution and payment collection.
- Develop, support and manage distributors where applicable.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and business plans.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly update sales opportunities and forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Sales to ensure successful installation, customer implementation and long-term account development.
- Work closely with Marketing, Service and Clinical teams to support product launches and customer success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops, scientific conferences and customer meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience in capital medical equipment or high-value medical device sales.
- Experience selling to hospitals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a developing market.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
