About the Role

The Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for driving clinical adoption of Edge Medical’s robotic surgical system by supporting surgeons, training operating room staff, and increasing robotic procedure volume while supporting long-term clinical success following system installation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support during robotic surgical procedures.
  • Deliver product training for surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff.
  • Support product demonstrations, evaluations, and clinical trials.
  • Assist hospitals during system installation, first clinical cases, and robotic program launch.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from system installation to routine clinical practice.
  • Support surgeons throughout the customer journey, from product evaluation to routine clinical use.
  • Drive clinical adoption and increase robotic procedure volume.
  • Promote disposable products and support recurring business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and hospital clinical teams.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements internally.
  • Work closely with Capital Sales throughout the customer journey.
  • Participate in workshops, cadaver labs, conferences, and scientific meetings.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting robotic surgery or advanced surgical devices.
  • Strong understanding of operating room workflow.
  • Experience training surgeons and clinical teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay range and compensation package
