Job Description
Why This Role Matters
Every Hydrafacial provider relationship begins with a device placement. The Capital Sales Manager is the hunter responsible for opening new accounts — introducing physician practices, medical spas, and resort spas to the Hydrafacial platform and closing the initial capital equipment purchase that starts the provider relationship. This role is the revenue entry point for SkinHealth Systems' device business and directly determines the size and quality of the provider network the broader commercial team then serves.
What You’ll Do
- Introduce physician practices, medical spas, and resort spas to Hydrafacial and the full SkinHealth Systems treatment platform by engaging all key stakeholders — physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office managers.
- Demonstrate SkinHealth Systems device technology and treatment protocols through hands-on, in-office treatments to prospective clients.
- Identify prospective customer needs, communicate ROI potential, and help clients understand how to integrate Hydrafacial and all SkinHealth Systems into their business model.
- Generate leads through proactive cold-calling strategies, including walk-in visits, phone outreach, client networking, and social media engagement.
- Respond to inbound leads from trade shows and corporate sources within 24 hours.
- Maintain a robust, active pipeline to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, with clear understanding of pipeline coverage ratios required to hit quota.
- Provide weekly high/low forecasts to leadership.
- Develop strategic selling approaches using marketing tools and resources to enhance client engagement and the SkinHealth Systems capital purchase experience.
- Partner with corporate account teams to support opportunities requiring additional resources.
- Transition new clients smoothly to the Regional Training Specialist and Business Development Manager, ensuring continuity of the client experience post-sale.
- Identify trade-up, second-system, and multi-location opportunities within the existing customer base in partnership with the Business Development team.
- Attend and represent Hydrafacial and SkinHealth Systems at local trade shows, regional events, and national sales meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
