About the Position: In the Captain Role, you will provide high-quality customer service to our dining room guests. About You: You are passionate, energetic and to whom pleasing and impressing guests comes naturally Essential Duties: Coordinate service responsibilities of support roles Coordinate beverage pairings with Sommelier Consistently gauges level of guest satisfaction through table maintenance and dialogue with the guest Communicate effectively with guests and other team members to ensure timing standards are maintained Possess a complete understanding of all culinary and beverage descriptions Coordinate setup in dining rooms for Aurelia service Complete Daily Side work as assigned Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation $3.89/Hour - Plus Tips!
