Role Overview
As a Car Park Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your friendly and approachable manner will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring the car park is safe, clean, and well-organised. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage vehicle flow efficiently and assist customers with any queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the car park, ensuring smooth vehicle entry and exit.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors warmly and offering assistance as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the safety and security of vehicles and pedestrians within the car park area.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the car park is clean, free from hazards, and well-maintained.
- Assist in managing parking permits, issuing tickets, and handling payments where applicable.
- Report any incidents, damages, or suspicious activity promptly to management.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support operational efficiency and uphold company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within automotive, driving, or parking services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Ability to stay alert and vigilant to ensure the safety and security of the car park.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and permits confidently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
- Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
