Position
This role is based at a retail park in Coventry. You will be checking that site users have parked responsibly and are following site rules for timing and payment. Your focus will be delivering front-line service in an outdoor environment. You may need to issue Parking Charge Notices to vehicles that are not adhering to on-site rules. We will train you on the site rules and the equipment used.
Experience in a similar role is desirable however not essential as we provide training, guidance and support every step of the way. If you are good at liaising with the public and can stay calm when needed, then this could be for you.
Induction and training are provided, including H&S and conflict resolution training. You will receive a uniform and the equipment required to do your job.
The Shifts
Shift times are Monday - Sunday, allocated on a rota basis. All shifts are 8 hours and will fall between 10am - 6pm and 12pm - 8pm.
Weekends availability is required as this is a busy time. All shifts will part of your rota, so full flexibility is required.
The Location
This role is based at Arena Shopping, Coventry, CV6. You must be able to reliably get to site for the shift start times.

The Pay
The salary is £27,126 per annum, based on 40 hours per week. There is also a bonus scheme linked to tickets issued.
Welcome Bonus
We are offering a retention bonus of £500 across your first 6 months.
(£200 will be paid on completion of month 3, and a further £300 at month 6 on full completion of performance reviews, subject to satisfactory performance in line with the role requirements. Full T&Cs apply and will be given in writing once you start with the company.)
