Join Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust as a Car Parking Administrator
Play a vital role in ensuring our parking services operate efficiently across Trust sites.
Working within the Property Services team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of staff parking permits, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records, managing invoices, and supporting the smooth operation of parking systems and services.
About the Role
This is a varied and customer-focused role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders using excellent interpersonal skills, including staff, patients, visitors, service providers, and external partners. You will help resolve parking-related issues, complaints, support service improvements, and contribute to ensuring a safe, fair, and positive parking experience for all users.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office), and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
