Car Parking Notice Processing Officer
We have an exciting role on offer within our Resident and Business Support team as a Car Parking Notice Processing Officer.
You will be supporting our Senior Parking Process Officer and Adjudication Officer to provide a Corporate Parking service in line with current legislation and Council policy.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent proven written communication skills, in particular, letter writing.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time-management skills with a track record of meeting strict delivery schedules.
- The ability to work with minimum supervision using own initiative.
- Experience in Microsoft Packages i.e. Word, Excel and competent in using digital systems.
- The ability to deal with customers in a calm and responsive manner.

Experience in recovery and processing of penalty charge notices and working within a document management, and workflow management system are desirable but not essential requirements of the role as full training will be provided.
