Car Sales Executive - Loughborough
Motorline Direct are currently seeking a Car Sales Executive to join their existing forward-thinking team at their sports, prestige dealership in Loughborough.
About the Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers on a day to day basis, discussing their requirements and finding the perfect vehicle to fulfill their needs. You will also be responsible for offering competitive finance options, upselling add-ons and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Meet and greet customers
- Discuss various options available to customer whilst considering their individual requirements and budget, whether face to face, over the telephone or via e-mail
- Carrying out test drives with customers whilst explaining the features of the vehicle and answer any questions they may have.
- Give an honest and transparent sales experience
- Deliver excellent customer service to every customer
- Actively maximise every sales opportunity, overachieve on targets and exceed customer expectations by always acting with integrity and professionalism whilst representing Motorline Direct
- Liaise with the customer to arrange a handover and to complete all paperwork in a timely manner
- Work with your fellow Car Sales Executives to ensure the customer gets the best experience possible

About You
- Be an experienced Car Sales Executive
- Be experienced in delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment
- Have the desire to sell and to overachieve on targets
- Must have worked to sales targets before
- Be of a dynamic and personable character who is willing to learn
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Thrive under pressure
- Be a team player and have acute attention to detail
- Must be computer literate and have an aptitude for technology

What’s the package?
As a Sales Executive you will receive a guaranteed basic salary, a company car and a realistic OTE of £40,000 - £60,000 plus per annum. You will work on a rotating shift system, which equates to a 5.5 day working week over a 4 week period, where you will receive every Sunday off and one day off in the week, every other week.
Our highest performing Sales Executives earn in excess of £60,000.
