New & Used Car Sales Executive - Renault Bristol (BS4)

£23,000 pa basic salary + OTE £45,000 pa (uncapped) + Car

Join Our Sales Team at Renault Bristol
Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team at Renault Bristol, based at Pioneer Park (BS4).
This role offers the opportunity to work across both New and Used vehicle sales, providing variety in your day-to-day responsibilities and broader exposure across the Renault, Dacia and approved used vehicle ranges.
You'll be joining an established and customer-focused Sales Team, supported by strong enquiry levels, a wide selection of stock, and clear processes designed to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
In this customer-facing role, you'll guide customers through their vehicle purchasing journey from initial enquiry through to handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle requirements
- Presenting new and used vehicles, including features, specifications, and ownership options
- Arranging and conducting test drives
- Supporting customers through the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Presenting finance, insurance, service plans, warranties, and other add-on products in a compliant and customer-focused manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating sales systems
- Managing enquiries from showroom visitors, telephone calls, and digital leads
- Delivering a professional vehicle handover experience
- Building long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and recommendations

We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in automotive retail sales, ideally within a main dealer environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Confidence managing customer enquiries and sales opportunities
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- A consistent approach to delivering high levels of customer service
Experience selling finance and insurance products would be beneficial but is not essential.
Licence Requirement
A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.
Hours & Pay
Working Pattern
- 5 days a week, comprising 4 weekdays: 8:30am-6:00pm PLUS Saturdays: 8:30am-5:30pm
- One weekday off each week on rota
- 45 hours per week
- No Sunday working

Pay
- £23,000 pa basic salary
- OTE £45,000 pa, achievable, regularly reached and uncapped
- Demonstrator vehicle from day one
