£25,000 Basic Salary | £50,000 OTE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join a successful dealership in the Gatwick area.
Whether you're an experienced automotive Sales Executive or have a strong background in customer-facing sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career with excellent earning potential and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing an outstanding buying experience.
- Understanding customers' needs and recommending the most suitable vehicles and finance options.
- Arranging and conducting vehicle test drives.
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Building lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintaining accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in automotive sales is desirable but not essential.
- A confident, motivated and target-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Well-presented with a professional attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
