Job Title: Sales Executive - New & Used Cars
Location: Durham, DH!
Salary: OTE Up to 50-70K + company car + benefits plus 2 month guarantee
Full Time and Permanent - 1 in every 3 or 4 depending on the month Sundays.

Role Overview:
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience, guiding clients through their car-buying journey. From the initial inquiry to the final sale, your expertise will help customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, providing expert advice on a range of vehicles.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Manage the complete sales process, from the initial greeting to the final delivery.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and the latest industry trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to foster a positive dealership environment.

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales or a retail environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Target-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Full UK driving licence.
