📍 Newbury, Berkshire
Performance Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a premium brand dealership in the Newbury area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join a high-performing team within a prestigious automotive environment.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising sales opportunities across both new and used vehicles. You will manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to handover, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell new and used vehicles in line with dealership and brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Promote finance, insurance, and additional products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in new and used car sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Stable and consistent employment history
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence
