Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £40,000–£50,000+ Uncapped
Hours: Full-Time
About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our successful dealership in Haywards Heath. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the dealership and deliver an exceptional buying experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Promote finance, insurance products, and additional vehicle accessories.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, manufacturer campaigns, and market trends.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a target-driven sales environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
