Car Sales Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established dealer group based in Epsom, for the position of Car Sales Manager. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade professional to lead a dynamic dealership team and contribute significantly to franchise growth.

- Uncapped commission structure with an OTE of up to £80,000

Duties
- Manage both new and used car sales departments to optimise profitability
- Source used car stock actively through dealer transfers and consignments
- Oversee used car preparation, photography, and advertising to ensure quality presentation
- Provide accurate finance quotations and assist customers through the sales process
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance
- Monitor stock levels, including new and used vehicles, and manage dealer transfers
- Enhance franchise growth via strategic sales initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures
- Support the sales team throughout the customer journey, from initial contact to deal closure
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure exceptional service

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager within the motor trade
- Extensive knowledge of new and used car sales processes
- Demonstrable leadership skills and team management experience
- Strong understanding of dealership IT systems such as Kerridge and Dealerweb
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on franchise expansion and profitability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence in customer service
