About the Role:
The role of a Warranty Specialist involves ringing customers to discuss how they intend to protect their asset throughout their ownership and extend their current warranty solution. Jigsaw offers customers a comprehensive warranty solution that is funded using an alternative funding provider resulting in a cost effective monthly payment for the customer.
The successful candidate will be contacting customers in a timely manner to discuss the features and benefits of additional automotive products available to them; discussing the customers needs, allowing them to make an informed decision on any products available.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate needs previous sales experience.
- The candidate needs to be able to achieve and surpass challenging sales targets.
- The candidate must have previous experience of objection handling.
- The candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
- The candidate needs to be IT literate with the ability to manage and update the sales CRM.
- The candidate must be organised with the ability to manage a pipeline of customers.
- The candidate must be able to complete basic administrative tasks to accurately register policies.
- The candidate must have worked in an FCA regulated environment previously.
- The candidate needs to be resilient - working from home isn't as easy as it sounds!

About Jigsaw Finance:
Jigsaw Finance is the UK’s fastest growing Motor Finance brokerage. The business operates two primary routes to market:
- Processing introductions from motor dealerships across the UK who have customers wishing to purchase a vehicle on finance (B2B).
- Processing finance applications made online by customers via digital marketing, working with them to source a vehicle on finance from a dealership of their choice (D2C).

The business’ objective is to offer and place the customer with a finance solution that works for them. The business receives a finance commission from the lender for successfully writing a finance agreement; this is our primary revenue stream.
The business also operates a separate team to offer optional additional products (such as warranty) to customers after the finance agreement is funded to ensure they have suitable protection for their recent purchase.
The Role:
- Full Time, Permanent
- Remote
- An ability to attend training in Macclesfield (accommodation provided if necessary)
- Monday to Friday - 37.5 Hours per Week
- £27,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience)
- Realistic £50,000 - £60,000 OTE
