Outside IR35 Contract | Northamptonshire | 3-6 Month Minimum | Immediate Start
GTS Group are recruiting experienced Carbon Fibre Preppers, Carbon Fibre Painters, and Carbon Fibre Polishers for an exciting Outside IR35 contract with a leading manufacturer of high-performance composite components supplying the automotive and motorsport sectors.

The Opportunity
- Outside IR35 Contract
- Minimum 3-6 months with potential extension
- Monday-Friday
- 06:00-15:00
- Competitive hourly rate (DOE)
- Northamptonshire
- Immediate starts available
Carbon Fibre Prepper
You'll prepare premium carbon fibre components ready for paint, ensuring every part meets exact cosmetic standards.

Experience Required:
- Carbon fibre preparation
- Sanding and flatting composite components
- Filling pinholes and surface defects
- Masking and paint preparation
- Composite finishing
- Motorsport or automotive experience preferred
Carbon Fibre Painter
You'll be responsible for painting high-quality carbon fibre and composite components to an exceptional cosmetic finish.
Experience Required:
- Spray painting composite or carbon fibre components
- Primer, basecoat, and clear coat application
- Paint mixing
- High-end automotive or motorsport paint finishing
- Excellent attention to detail
Carbon Fibre Polisher
You'll carry out the final finishing and polishing of painted carbon fibre components before final inspection.
Experience Required:
- Machine polishing
- Paint rectification
- High gloss finishing
- Cosmetic inspection
- Experience with premium automotive or composite products
