Overview
Reports to: Card Administration Manager
Functions Supervised: None
Primary Functions: Assist in the administration of the operational aspects for all card products.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Portfolio maintenance: Responsible for cardholder maintenance requests, posting monetary corrections, researching member inquiries and working with vendors.
- Department Collaboration: Responsible for working with multiple departments, branches and employees to resolve member issues.
- System Applications: Responsible for performing tasks within various financial and operational systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Organizational knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of card products, credit union operations and best practices.
Qualifications
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: One year’s experience in a comparable position.
Experience/Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel. Must have excellent organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills and work effectively under pressure.

Tenure: Assignment to the Card Administration Operations Specialist II (Category 12) requires satisfactory performance in the Card Administration Operations Specialist I position (Category 13) with proven ability to manage an increase in job responsibility and be in the position for at least six months. Assignment to the Card Administration Operations Specialist III (Category 11) requires performance that meets or exceeds expectations in the Card Administration Operations Specialist II (Category 12) position with proven ability to manage an increase in job responsibilities. Assignment to the Senior Card Administration Operations Specialist (Category 10) requires performance that meets or exceeds expectations in the Card Administration Operations Specialist III position (Category 11) with proven ability to manage an increase in job responsibilities. Advancement requires management recommendation and will be based on candidate's performance.

Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage requirements, and will fall within the range provided below. In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall between the minimum and midpoint of the listed range.
Salary Pay Range: 10
$63,233 - $99,908 annually
Salary Pay Range: 11
$57,484 - $90,230 annually
Salary Pay Range: 12
$53,226 - $81,405 annually
Salary Pay Range: 13
$49,284 - $73,391 annually
