Join Gallowglass in Cardiff
Our Cardiff office supports the events, theatre and film industry throughout Wales. You’ll have the opportunity to work at some of the largest venues and studios in Wales- such as Principality Stadium, Dragon Studios and you’ll get to venture out into the mountains to support filming locations and festivals. There will also be opportunity to venture further afield to other locations we operate in, meaning that no two days of work are the same.

What We Offer
- Comprehensive Training: After your initial one-day induction, you'll receive on-site training from our Crew Chiefs, along with external training for skills such as operating forklifts, scissor lifts, cherry pickers, and first aid.
- Career Growth: Promotion is based on experience, with each level offering an increased hourly rate. There is also plenty of opportunity to grow your network and gain experience in specialised areas such as AV, theatre and film production.

What You Need
To thrive in this role, you need to be physically fit and ready to work unconventional hours, as we operate 24/7, 365 days a year. This isn't a typical Monday to Friday, 9-to-5 job. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential, we also welcome career driven people wanting to make their way in the industry. Being a driver is a huge advantage as we cover a large area and it gives you the opportunity to earn more.
