Part Time Customer Care Assistant
1-3 Shifts up to 24 Hours, requires working up to and past Midnight

About the Role
As a Part Time Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In a nutshell, you'll deal with customers and be looking after customers' specific needs, keeping high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times.
- Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
- Clean down all areas before you leave as the store dining area closes and the restaurant goes to take out only.
- Ensure all the areas are cleaned down including toilets and seating areas and ready to go for the following day.
- The restaurant is open 24 hours but the seating areas close and the restaurant becomes take out only.
