Job Opportunity: Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with Cardiothoracic experience to become our new and an enthusiastic Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse.

About the Role

Our workforce need to be coached along side the day to day running of the ward. You will support the Ward manager in quality and assurance and ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and management support
  • Develop and evaluate best practice within the department
  • Support the Ward Manager and colleagues to achieve a high standard of patient care
  • Take charge of the ward on a regular basis
  • Act as a role model in supporting and developing junior members of the team
