Care Administrator – Remote Part-Time
Location: Remote, UK
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: £24,000–£28,000 pro rata, depending on experience
Hours: Part-time, flexible hours available
About the Role
Apply4U is hiring on behalf of our client for a Care Administrator to provide reliable administrative support within a care environment.
This is a remote, part-time opportunity suited to someone who is organised, professional and comfortable managing records, coordinating information and communicating with care staff, clients and other stakeholders.
Previous experience in care, healthcare or administration is desirable, but candidates with strong transferable administrative and customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the care team
- Maintain accurate client and care records
- Update databases, spreadsheets and internal systems
- Assist with staff rotas, schedules and appointments
- Handle emails, telephone enquiries and general correspondence
- Coordinate information between clients, carers and management
- Prepare documents, reports and administrative paperwork
- Monitor records and ensure information is kept accurate and up to date
- Support the organisation of care visits and staff availability
- Follow company procedures relating to confidentiality and data protection
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as required

About You
- Previous administration, care administration or customer service experience is desirable
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email and online systems
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently while working remotely
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients and colleagues
- Reliable, organised and able to manage competing priorities
- A genuine interest in supporting people and care services
