About the Role
National Star's long-term living accommodation in central Hereford supports young adults with complex disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives and achieve their goals.
We are looking for caring, resilient, and committed individuals to join our team on a full-time, part-time, or bank basis.
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as training is provided.
As one of our Care and Support Workers, you will be a key member of our team, providing the highest standards of personal care to enable residents to enjoy their hobbies and interests and realize their aspirations. Working alongside therapists, nurses, and colleagues, you will help each person develop skills, confidence, and independence.

Typical Shifts
- Early shift: 7 am
- Late shifts: finish at 9 pm or 10 pm
- Alternate weekends
