Are you a parent looking for meaningful part-time work that fits around your children's school hours and family commitments?

We offer flexible care and support opportunities that can work around the school day. Whether you're available after the morning school run, during school hours, or after the afternoon school run, we can discuss shifts that suit your availability.

With shifts ranging from 1-hour visits to up to 20 hours per week, you can choose hours that work for you and your family.

About The Role

As a Care and Support Worker, you will support people to remain independent and continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Your Role May Include

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting clients with personal care and daily routines
  • Helping with household tasks
  • Supporting shopping, appointments and community activities
  • Encouraging clients to remain independent and make their own choices
  • Supporting clients to stay connected with family, friends and their community
  • Helping clients do more of the things that matter to them

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.

For driving roles, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.

Where You'll Work

This is a community-based role, supporting clients in their own homes or sheltered housing accommodation.

You will be part of a team helping people to live independently, remain connected to their communities and continue doing the things that matter to them.
