We offer flexible part-time care and support opportunities, with shifts that can fit around your existing commitments. Whether you are looking for a few hours during the week, evening work or weekend shifts, we can discuss opportunities that suit your availability.
With visits ranging from 1 hour to up to 20 hours per week, you can choose hours that work for you.
About The Role
As a Care and Support Worker, you will support people to live independently and comfortably in their own homes and remain connected to their communities.
Your Role May Include
- Providing companionship and friendly conversation
- Supporting clients with personal care and daily routines
- Helping with light household tasks
- Supporting shopping, appointments and community activities
- Preparing or assisting with meals
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Supporting clients to remain connected with family, friends and their local community
- Helping clients continue doing the things that matter to them

Your previous experience in caring for family members, supporting others, working with people or being involved in your community can be valuable in this role.
