About the Role

We’re looking for caring, positive people to join our team and help us provide personalised care and support to residents and people who use our services. Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll deliver person-centred care in line with individual care and support plans, helping people to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.

You’ll support a diverse range of individuals, including older people, people with learning disabilities and autism, people with mental health needs and people with complex support needs. Services are delivered across supported housing schemes, extra care schemes and community-based services.

This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility. You’ll be expected to work evenings and weekends where required, undertake moving and handling duties, and may be required to participate in sleep-in and on-call rotas.

You’ll work across our schemes and services located in Freshwater, Ryde, Newport and the Bay area. A vehicle with business use insurance is required for this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
