Job Description
We are looking for bright and bubbly Care Assistant's to join our brand new office, supporting clients living across Cheddar, Winscombe, the Mendip Hills, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, Frome and the surrounding villages.
If you are an experienced Care Assistant looking for a change or new to care and wanting to work with a company who truly care, then we want to hear from you!
As a Care Assistant with us, the role will involve:
- Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support
- Preparing meals and helping with daily routines
- Supporting with medication and personal care
- Assisting clients living with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery and other health conditions
- Supporting with simple clinical tasks, such as compression stockings or catheter care
- Assisting with outings, attending appointments and help with shopping
- Housekeeping and home support such as light housework and cleaning
- Helping clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes
What We Can Offer You:
- £12.85 per hour during the week
- £13.50 per hour at weekends
- Double pay on Bank Holidays
- Paid travel time at £12.71 per hour
- Mileage between clients paid at 35p per mile

Due to the nature of the role, we need you to be aged 18 or over and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired. We also require an alternate weekend working (both Saturday & Sunday)
