Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your Role as a Care Assistant

You’ll join a dedicated, nurse-led team providing hands-on care for individuals with lifelong and potentially life-critical clinical needs.

This is NOT standard domiciliary care. You’ll follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor changes in the individual’s condition, and perform the specialist interventions needed to keep them safe, stable, and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing personal care, medication, and clinical interventions
  • Managing tracheostomies, ventilation, and specialist equipment
  • Monitoring clinical observations and recognizing deterioration
  • Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately

What We’re Looking For

This is more than a job. You’ll be trusted with someone’s safety and wellbeing while delivering care that requires skill, focus, and sound judgment. It takes a certain kind of person: someone compassionate, dependable, and highly attentive who can remain calm and act correctly under pressure. We also require the following:
