Location: Oxford
Hourly rate: A GBP 13.91 per hour or A GBP 14.54 with NVQ2 or equivalent.

Professional Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- A well-groomed and tidy appearance.
- No formal qualifications are required.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is an advantage.
- Basic IT skills, with the ability to complete the requirements of an electronic Plan of Care system.
- A caring, compassionate, and respectful approach to supporting residents.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
