About Dovedale Court Care Home
Dovedale Court Care Home is a 76 bed care home located in Wednesbury, West Midlands. Providing nursing and residential dementia care, the home is a welcoming place where colleagues work together to make a real difference to the lives of Residents every day. Care Assistant Contract
- Hourly Rate: £12.95-£13.45
- Hours: Contracted to 33 hours per week
- Benefits:
- Paid DBS pension
- Uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives every day. This role is central to delivering high quality, person-centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
- Support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
- Help residents feel comfortable, respected and valued.
- Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
- NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards
