Care Assistant – Part-Time – Deal, Sandwich & Dover, Kent

Company Description

We’re seeking kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in their own homes across Deal, Sandwich & Dover, Kent. As a brand-new local team, we’re looking for caring individuals who want to make a genuine difference and be part of an exciting new venture.

** inizialmente part-time**, this role offers flexible shift options to suit your availability:

  • Morning shifts: 07:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 21:00
  • Available Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend shifts required.

Hours will vary as we expand our client base, but this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic, growing environments.

Job Description: Care as it Should Be

At Home Instead Dover, Deal & Sandwich, our visits are unhurried and meaningful, lasting at least one hour. We provide genuine, rewarding care that genuinely improves someone’s day.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll assist older adults with:

  • Personal care and mobility support
  • Meal preparation and hot drinks
  • Light household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Companionship, meaningful conversation, and a friendly presence

Hours & Flexibility

Hours are variable during our growth phase, with a mix of:

  • Morning shifts: 07:00–14:00
  • Afternoon shifts: 14:00–21:00
  • Alternate weekends required
