Job Description

At Home Instead, we're growing and we are looking for new Care Assistant’s to join our team and be there to provide our clients with the outstanding care and support they deserve!

About the Role

We are looking for friendly and caring Care Assistant’s to support our clients living across the Oxford & Kidlington areas, as well as the villages around and between.

We offer a variety of work hours (mornings, evenings, & weekends) so you can fit work around your needs and commitments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Build strong, personal relationships with clients.
  • Enable minimum 1-hour visits with the same regular clients.
  • Provide a range of services including:
    • Companionship for those who may be lonely.
    • Assistance with washing, dressing.
    • Mobility support inside and outside the client’s home.
    • Medication support.
    • Meal preparation.
    • Light home help tasks.

Hours: We are looking for people who can start from 8am and work through the morning. Must also accommodate alternate weekends (both Saturday & Sunday).


Requirements

  • Aged 18 years or over.
  • Full UK driving licence (access to a vehicle is highly preferred).
