Job Description
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team at our Edgbaston Office as a CareGiver.

As a CareGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients keep independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities
Your role may include helping with:
- Personal care (e.g., toileting, assisting with personal hygiene)
- Meal preparation
- Medication prompts
- Homecare duties (e.g., washing, laundry, general cleaning)
- Companionship (e.g., accompanying clients to shops, pharmacies, and social groups/activities)
We specialise in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and full training is provided. No experience is required, as there’s no prior experience needed.
A typical schedule involves supporting clients during:
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Bedtime calls
- Overnight visits (depending on care requirements)

- No experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people is required.
- Desirable but not mandatory experience could include:
- Personal care for family members
- Voluntary experience supporting others
