Job Description
Care Assistant / Home Care Worker (Drivers Required)
£13.25–£13.75 per hour + Paid Travel + Mileage + Bonuses
Areas: Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Cuffley, Goffs Oak & nearby
Hours: Full-time & Part-time
Shifts: Morning (7am–3pm) or Evening (4pm–10pm)

- No experience needed – full paid training provided
What You’ll Do
Support clients in their own homes with:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Medication support & mobility assistance
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Meal prep, shopping & light household help
- Dementia & more complex care needs
- Accompanying clients to appointments or outings

Pay & Benefits
- £12.75–£13.25 per hour
- Paid travel time + 30p per mile mileage

What We’re Looking For
- No experience required (full training provided)
- Caring, reliable and willing to learn
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential)
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
