Role Overview
Location: Forefaulds Care Home, East Kilbride Salary: £13.45 per hour Hours: 33 hours per week (days or nights required, including alternative weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a supportive team to enrich the lives of our residents
- Provide personalised care in alignment with individual care plans
- Encourage and participate in leisure and social activities for residents
- Demonstrate kindness, respect, and professionalism towards residents, families, and colleagues daily
Required Skills & Qualities
- Enjoy working in a supportive team environment to cultivate a happy, welcoming home
- No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and on-the-job support
- Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to different situations
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine care for older people
