Job Description

Whether you’ve worked in care before as a Care Assistant or Support Worker or you’re completely new to it, we’ll give you all the training and ongoing support you need to thrive.

What you’ll need to join us as a Care Professional:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • The ability to work every other weekend
  • The right to work in the UK
  • An eagerness to develop the skills needed to provide professional, compassionate care.

What we offer you:

  • Competitive pay:
    • Monday to Friday daytime £13.50ph
    • Weekend daytime £13.70ph
    • All evenings £14.50ph (evening pay rates are from 6pm).
  • Flexible hours and contracts available, provided you have good availability at the times our clients most need our help (Full-time and part-time opportunities)
  • Paid travel time (between client calls)
  • Double pay on Bank Holidays
  • Paid mileage – 35p per mile

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people to live comfortably and independently at home. Your work will vary – from helping with morning and evening routines, bathing, personal care, and medication, through to light housework, meal preparation, collecting prescriptions, or even accompanying clients to appointments and social activities.

Most importantly, you’ll bring warmth, empathy, and genuine care, helping people to live fulfilling, independent lives.
