We are looking for Care Professionals to join our supportive Basildon branch team, providing high-quality, community-based care to clients across the local area.
Work Locations
As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling between clients' homes. We proudly support clients across South Essex, primarily in Stanford-le-Hope, Corringham, South Ockendon, Basildon, Pitsea, and Langdon Hills. This branch also covers the surrounding communities, including:
- Thurrock Area: Grays, Tilbury, Chadwell St Mary, Orsett, East Tilbury & Linford, Aveley & Purfleet-on-Thames, and Chafford Hundred.
- Basildon Area: Laindon, Billericay, Wickford, and West Horndon.
- Castle Point & East: Benfleet (South Benfleet), Canvey Island, and Rayleigh.
- Greater London Borders: Upminster and Rainham.
⚠️ Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are required due to the geographical nature of the role.

- Day shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
- Evening shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Description
💙 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. You’ll follow personalised care plans designed to promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, incontinence support)
- Medication support
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Shopping and practical daily tasks
- Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying)
- Companionship and emotional support
Qualifications

You don’t need care experience — just the passion to help others. Full, paid training is provided, along with ongoing support to help you grow. We’re looking for:

🎁 What You’ll Receive
We offer the stability, career progression, and support only a national care group can provide:
- Competitive Pay: £12.71 per hour.
- Full Shift Pay: We pay for your time between visits. This means you are paid for your entire shift, unlike many other providers!
- Mileage: Paid at 28p per mile.
- 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
