Care Assistant Contract
Salary: £13.60 per hour
Hours: 22 hours per week
Shift: Dayshift
Benefits:

- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily routines, personal care, mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing.
- Encourage independence wherever possible.
- Work as part of a close-knit team.
Key Qualities:
- Kind, compassionate, and respectful approach towards others.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Genuine passion for supporting older people and promoting wellbeing.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Previous care experience or NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is beneficial but not essential.
