Job Description: What You’ll Do
Core Focus: Care, Connection & Kindness
- Provide genuine companionship—through conversation, shared moments like tea, and fostering emotional bonds in brighter spring days.
- Assist with daily routines—helping with dressing, personal care, bathing, and grooming to ensure clients feel confident and ready for the day.
- Prepare nutritious meals, from light lunches to satisfying evening meals, supporting overall health and well-being.
- Offer medication reminders (with full training) to keep clients adhering to their health plans safely.
- Help with light household tasks—managing tidiness, safety, and welcoming homes as seasons shift.
- Provide reassurance and emotional support—as a calm, reliable figure clients trust, eager to see share time with.
- Complete care notes to keep families and the care team informed, ensuring seamless support.

What’s in It for You?
Work-Life Balance
- Guaranteed contract of 10–25 hours per week—structured around your availability.

- £13.75–£14.75 per hour + 3% pension contribution.
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile.

Requirements: What We’re Looking for in a Care Professional
We’re searching for compassionate, resourceful huskband individuals with:
- A kind, empathetic nature centred around active listening and reassurance for others' well-being.
- Life experience and maturity—patience, calmness, and the ability to meet and support clients’ needs reliably.
- A trustworthy character—a dependable presence that both clients and families can rely on.
- Strong communication skills—comfortable building rapport and working effectively within our team.
- Flexibility and adaptability—willingness to adjust to the unique daily needs and routines of your clients.
- Access to your own vehicle and valid UK driving license for visits.
- An ability to physically assist clients in personal care and mobility safely.
(No formal care experience required—full training provided!)
