Care Professional (Home Care Visitor)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll blend compassionate companionship with practical support, tailored to each client’s routine and needs:
- Engage naturally—chat, enjoy small moments, and bring daily meaningful company.
- Assist with daily routines—dressing, hygiene, grooming, and general personal care.
- Prepare nutritious meals—from light lunches to comforting dinners, supporting wellbeing.
- Offer medication reminders (fully trained to ensure clients stay consistent with health needs).
- Keep homes tidy and safe—light household tasks to promote comfort and security.
- Provide emotional reassurance—be that calm, familiar presence clients looks forward to seeing.
- Document care notes—so family and colleagues stay informed for personalised support.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking d river, relatable care professionals who understand that kindness isn’t just a skill—it’s a teamwork. You don’t need prior experience, but here’s how you’ll shine:
✅ Empathetic, patient, and emotionally aware—real listening is key to building trust. ✅ Life experience and maturity—show calm, steady reliability in every interaction. ✅ Trustworthy and dependable—clients and families rely on consistency. ✅ Excellent communication—easily become a trusted relationship, both verbally and in writing (for notes). ✅ Flexible and adaptable—daily routines, client needs, or simple task variations won’t phase you. ✅ Willing to learn quickly—you’ll be fully trained (including medication support) regardless of background. ✅ Physically capable—able to assist with articulated mobility support or light lifting as needed. ✅ Driving licence + access to a car (mileage paid).
All residents and applicants must legally reside in the UK, with the right to work here. We cannot sponsor visas at this time.
